3. What’s the next step?

Within a week or so, depending upon the complexity of the project and our work schedule, I will schedule a second appointment to show you a sample board. At the same time, I will also provide you with a comprehensive proposal including the cost of each project, how long it should take to complete and a start date. The sooner we are able to agree on the work, the sooner we can get your project scheduled.

 

4. What sort of cost should I anticipate?

The cost of faux finishes  depends upon the amount of time involved in its creation and application, the difficulty of the project, traveling costs (if outside the Greenville area), as well as the cost of products and supplies. Prices for different finishes vary greatly. It is nearly impossible to provide even a ball park price without a full understanding of the project.

 

5. Do you require a deposit?

A 50% deposit is required when your project is entered on our calendar. The balance of our fee is due upon completion.

 

6. What days and hours do you work?

We generally work Monday through Friday from 9am until 5pm but these hours can be modified if necessary.

 

7. Who actually does the work?

I personally work on every job to ensure the quality of your work. Depending upon the size of the job, however, I may bring on more team members to assist me.

 I see a faux finish I really like, but I want it in different colors. Is this possible?                                                        

   Yes this is possible. The colors and faux finish combinations are limited only by our imagination and are almost limitless. From custom wall finishes to custom cabinetry, we can recreate that look in custom colors created to perfectly match your personal decor. No two faux finishes are ever exactly the same. There are always variations that make each finish unique and made just for you!
